OVERVIEW (aka The Boring Bit You Should Read)

Hey there, fabulous human! Welcome to goodphoria.life, this website is our digital home, and when we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we’re talking about Goodphoria. When you browse, buy, or interact with our site, you’re officially part of the Goodphoria experience (“Service”), and by doing so, you agree to play by the rules laid out below.

We know Ts&Cs aren’t exactly a wild Friday night read, but they’re important, so please read on. If you continue using our site, it means you accept everything here (plus any extras linked or referenced). Don’t love it? That’s okay, but you’ll need to pause your visit until we’re on the same page.

1. SHOP RULES (a.k.a. Adulting Required)

By using our site, you confirm you’re old enough to do grown-up things like shop online (or you’ve got permission from someone who is). You agree not to use our stuff for anything shady or illegal. No scams, no viruses, no cyber drama. We play nice here.

Break the rules? We’ll have to say goodbye. No hard feelings, but rules are rules.

2. OUR RIGHT TO SAY “NO THANKS”

We love welcoming everyone, but we reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone, anytime, for any reason. If you post or send anything dodgy, offensive, or illegal, we can remove it or end your access. Also, don’t copy or reuse any part of our website without asking first. That’s just rude.

We do our best to keep things accurate and up to date, but sometimes a typo or outdated info sneaks in (we’re only human). Don’t make major life decisions based solely on what you read here. If it really matters, double-check.

Prices change. Products come and go. Features may be updated or removed. It’s part of how we grow. We’ll do our best to keep you in the loop, but we can’t promise a heads-up every time.

  • Say no to returns that don’t match our Refund Policy.

6. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFO

Please be honest with your details! We may cancel orders if something looks off (like multiple purchases using the same card or address). Keep your info up to date so we can keep things running smoothly.

11. OOPS! ERRORS HAPPEN

Sometimes there’s a glitch in product info, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to fix it without prior notice (even after you’ve hit “order”).

12. NAUGHTY LIST

No dodgy behaviour allowed. That includes hacking, stealing info, spamming, impersonating others, or uploading anything gross, illegal, or harmful. If you break the rules, you’re out.

13. NO GUARANTEES 

We do our best to offer a smooth ride, but we can’t guarantee the site will always be perfect, virus-free, or glitch-proof. You use it “as is” and “as available.”

We’re not liable for any damages (like lost profits or data) linked to your use of the site or our products, unless required by law.

14. IF THINGS GO LEGAL

If someone takes legal action against us because of something you did, you agree to cover our backs, including legal costs. It’s only fair.

15. IF A CLAUSE BREAKS

If one part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest still stands. We’ll just snip out the broken bit.

16. ENDING THE RELATIONSHIP

You can leave anytime by stopping use of our site. If you break our rules, we can end things too. You’ll still need to pay for anything owed up to that point.

17. THE WHOLE DEAL

These Terms (plus any linked policies) are the entire agreement between us. Nothing else overrides it, not emails, chats, or previous versions.

18. WHERE THE LAW APPLIES

All of this is governed by the laws of the Netherlands (because that’s where we’re based). 🌍
