Shipping and Fulfilment

aka When will my goodies arrive?!

We work with our trusted EU-based partner, to mix, pack, and ship your skincare dreams. Here’s how it all works behind the scenes:

Made Fresh, Just for You

Your products aren’t chilling in a warehouse, they’re made to order once you hit “checkout.” That means no dusty shelves and maximum freshness. Because your skin deserves that.

It usually takes 1–3 business days for fulfilment (aka, blending, bottling, and wrapping your skincare with love). Then it's on its way!

Shipping Times & Carriers

Once your order’s fulfilled, here’s what you can expect for delivery:

  • Netherlands & EU: 2–8 business days

  • UK: 3–10 business days

We ship with trusted couriers like DHL, PostNL, DPD, FedEx, and UPS which is chosen based on what works best for your location.

Track That Parcel

Once your order is on the move, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can stalk your skincare every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on where you are and what you’re ordering. No surprises, we keep it transparent.

Delays Happen

We try our best to get your order to you ASAP, but sometimes things like customs, courier issues, or wild weather can slow things down. If your parcel's taking longer than expected, drop us a line at hello@goodphoria.life, we’ll help you to sort it out.

Wrong Address?

Entered the wrong address by accident? Let us know immediately. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we might be able to catch it in time. Once it’s shipped, though, it’s out of our hands, literally.
