Goodphoria Refund and Returns Policy
Because sometimes things just don’t work out — and that’s okay.
30 Days to Change Your Mind
You’ve got 30 days from the day your goodies arrive to let us know if you want to send something back. No stress, no side-eye, we just ask that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You’ve got the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
How to Start a Return
Drop us a line at hello@goodphoria.life and we’ll get the return ball rolling. Once approved, we’ll send over a return shipping label plus clear instructions on where to send your package.
Heads up: Please don’t just pop things in the post without talking to us first, we can’t accept surprise returns.

Oops — Damaged or Wrong Item?
Yikes! If something arrives damaged, defective, or just totally not what you ordered, tell us straight away. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “laser-perfect skin.”
What Can’t Be Returned
Some items are just too special to come back. That includes:
- Personal care or beauty products (once opened, for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Want to Exchange?
The fastest fix: return the item, and once that’s approved, simply place a new order for what you actually want. Easy peasy.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you’ve got a 3-day "cooling-off" window to cancel or return - no reason needed. Just make sure your item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase still required.
Refunds
Once your return gets the all-clear, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank might take a little extra time to show it, so hang tight.
